BOARDING: FOR FIRST TIME BOOKERS
DEPOSIT REQUIRED
For first time bookers a 50% deposit is required to secure dates. Deposits will be credited towards the stay. Remaining payment is due upon drop off. Last minute bookings less than 48 hour, 10% increase will be added on total bill.
For any additional bookings with us, payment will be expected at the end of the service.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds available if cancelled 7 days prior to stay. Deposits are kept as cancellation fees if cancelled under 7 days of booking.
PROCEDURE
Fill out the meet & greet form
Once I confirm we’re a good match and we schedule a meet & greet, we’ll ask you to fill out a google form for the nitty gritty of your dog’s routine
I will reach out with a quote for your pup's services
Send a 50% deposit to secure the booking. Remaining payment will be due upon dropoff.

We are keeping a running waitlist for interested clients, and once a spot opens up we will reach out. It is first come first serve.
