Holiday pricing

Due to the high demand during the holiday season, services that include any of the following dates will be priced at the Holiday Rate:

  • Labor Day | Sep 4 - 7

  • Thanksgiving | Nov 26 - 29

  • Christmas and New Year's Day | Dec 24 - Jan 3, 2027

Extended care

Nightly rates are based on a 24 hour time period from drop-off to pick-up. The following extended care rates may apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than 2 hours later than the start time on the first day of the stay. This ensures that sitters are compensated for their additional time.

2-8 additional hours: +50% of the nightly rate.
8+ additional hours: +100% of the nightly rate.
